Referrals

We accept referrals from self-funding clients, those who hold a policy with a healthcare insurance, GPs and other professionals, including Rehabilitation Providers.

Fees

Fees vary according to the type of intervention.

Psychological Therapy (50 minutes)

Individual Therapy with Clinical Director Laura Villa: £150
Couples / Family Interventions with Laura Villa: £200
Individual Therapy with Clinical Associates: £120

Coaching (60 minutes)

Individual Psychological Coaching Session with Laura Villa: £180 Package of 6 Coaching Sessions: £995
(this includes ADHD coaching)

ADHD ASSESSMENTS

From £750 - depending on complexity and including a final report
(additional sessions are charged at £150)

AUTISM ASSESSMENTS

Full Assessment - £1600
Screening - £650 (including a summary report)

Corporate Packages and Trainings

Price for these varies depending on the package / training and number of participants. Please contact me to discuss your needs and for details about fees.

Payments

All payments should be made by Bank Transfer (BACS) unless otherwise arranged.

Healthcare Insurances

We accept the following Healthcare Insurances:

BUPA, AVIVA, AXA PPP, WPS, CIGNA, Vitality Health.

When making contact please note that you will be asked to provide the authorisation number for treatment; the service covered will depend on the type of the policy held with the insurance. Please note that some insurance policies will not cover the whole of the fee; in this case, clients will be responsible for the outstanding balance. We recommend to contact the relevant insurance company for further details about the specifics of each individual policy.

Policy for cancellations and missed appointments

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice before the appointment or non attended appointments without any prior notice will be charged at the full price. As much notice as possible will be provided in case appointments need to be cancelled/rescheduled.

Confidentiality

All information discussed within treatment will be treated as confidential; exceptions are in cases of significant concern about your safety or that of others, i.e. where there is a risk to harm self or being harmed. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), all recorded client information are held securely and kept confidential.

I abide by the Code of Ethics and Conduct of the British Psychological Society and the Data Protection Act 1998. No disclosure to third parties of client information will occur without the prior informed consent of the client.
