What is ADHD coaching?
A collaborative, goal-focused process aiming at
- Translating insight into action
- Building sustainable systems that actually work for you
- Navigating overwhelm, avoidance, and inconsistency
- Strengthening self-trust and follow-through
- Enforcing a new sense of direction
Unlike therapy, it is primarily focused on the present and future, helping you move forward with clarity and direction.
How does it works and what can I expect?
Sessions are structured but flexible, usually centred around what you’re currently stuck on, whether that’s starting a task, managing overwhelm, or following through on plans.
We break things down into clear, manageable steps and identify what’s getting in the way, from distraction to perfectionism to low energy.
You leave each session with a small number of realistic actions to test, not an overwhelming plan.
Between sessions, you apply what works, notice what doesn’t, and we adjust together.
Over time, this creates momentum, stronger habits, and a way of working that feels consistent and sustainable, not forced.
You don’t need to be “ready,” organised, or consistent to begin. In fact, most people start coaching right in the middle of things feeling messy, stuck, or overwhelming. That’s exactly where this work is most effective.
We don’t wait for the perfect moment or the perfect plan, we start from where you are and build from there.
Progress is not about getting everything right, but about creating small, repeatable shifts that gradually change how you work, think, and respond. Over time, what once felt effortful becomes more natural, and things begin to move forward with less friction.
Who is ADHD coaching for?
This work is for adults and young people who experience the challenges of ADHD, whether formally diagnosed or simply recognised in themselves.
It may suit you if you are often feeling overwhelmed by everyday demands, find it hard to start or complete tasks, or experience cycles of overworking and burnout.
Many people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and used to managing on their own, yet feel that something isn’t quite working beneath the surface.
Coaching offers a space to understand these patterns and begin responding to them in a way that is more supportive and sustainable.
If this speaks to you, ADHD coaching can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin approaching things differently.
There’s no expectation to have it all figured out, just a willingness to explore what works for you, at your own pace.
From there, we build something that feels manageable, supportive, and genuinely sustainable in your day-to-day lifein
